Stephanie listens intently to all points of view.  She seeks to understand concerns and barriers. She then quickly moves to find solutions to overcome roadblocks so we keep moving forward together.

You can't fix a problem until you admit you have one.  Over the last six years we've had a sobering look at our district and have committed to tackling our challenges - big and small.  Stephanie understands where we've been, what we've accomplished and what remains. 

Achieving equity in America is a national dilemma. But that doesn't mean we can't do it right here in SOMSD.  Stephanie has committed the last six years to deconstructing barriers and building the foundation required for real change.
